Park Manufacturing Purchases Braiding Equipment To further enhance our product breadth and capabilities Park Manufacturing has purchased a Cobra Model 450 24 carrier braiding machine. The ability to braid an external covering on any type of wire harness has many uses, including abrasion protection , flexibility, as well as a versatility among different wire bundle sizes that corrugated loom and expanded sleeve type tubing do not offer. This type of braided covering is particularly specified and utilized in the construction, off road, automotive, agricultural, and military applications where a compact, abrasion proof type of covering is mandatory. An additional benefit is that moisture passes through this type if covering and will not be able to pool in wiring loops as is a possibility with corrugated loom and other types of protective sleeving. Contact Park Manufacturing for a quotation or to enquire about this type wire harness protection. |
