oved beyond the days of maintaining safety stock, Park invested over $3 million to revamp its manufacturing process from batch to lean. This gives Park the ability to quickly react to customer’s needs. Lead times have been drastically reduced through our Quick Response Manufacturing program, this means increased inventory turns and less stock.
- Shorter Lead Times – By carrying a smaller inventory, engineering change orders are easier to implement, and the risk of obsolescence is reduced. This is of increased benefit to companies whose products frequently change.
