Park has in-house capabilities to supply all documentation required for
PPAP as defined per the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG). We
participate with customers’ on their Six Sigma projects and also drive
Six Sigma DMAIC** projects through our company as one of our dedications to continued improvement. Not
only is Park ISO 9001:2008 certified, we also incorporate safety, lean
and the 5S process approach when completing process improvements and
corrective actions. We value feedback, whether positive or negative,
about our products and consider it as an opportunity for improvement.
Our focus on quality and manufacturing excellence is apparent
throughout our facility. Park
Manufacturing electrically and visually tests our custom cables,
harnesses and electromechanical assemblies, and conforms to IPC
WHM-A-620, Class 2, IPC-610 Class 2, and UL 486A. We utilize bonded,
inspected, and certified inventory and consignment options to meet just
in time, as well as Kan Ban requirements. Our processes also include
incoming inspection, in-process control plan checks and a final
